Dan Markovitz

Dan Markovitz is president of TimeBack Management, a consulting firm that radically improves performance by applying lean concepts to knowledge work.

He is a faculty member at the Lean Enterprise Institute and teaches at the Stanford University Continuing Studies Program. He also lectures on A3 thinking at the Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business.

Dan is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences, and has consulted to organizations as diverse as Abbott Vascular, WL Gore & Associates, Intel, the City of Menlo Park, Clif Bar, CamelBak, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Forrest Breyfogle

Forrest Breyfogle is a Professional Engineer and ASQ Fellow who founded Smarter Solutions in 1992. As a management thought leader and innovator, he recently completed a five-book set that provides radical management advancements in the utilization and integration of scorecards, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Mark Graban

Mark Graban is an internationally-recognized expert in the field of “Lean Healthcare,” as a consultant, author, keynote speaker, and blogger. Mark is also the Vice President of Customer Success for the software company KaiNexus, helping further their mission of "making improvement happen" in healthcare organizations and other industries.

He is the author of the book Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Engagement (Productivity Press), which was selected for a 2009 Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award, the first healthcare book to win this award, and is being translated into eight languages. Mike Hoseus

Michael Hoseus, a co-author of the Shingo Award-winning book Toyota Culture, developed his TPS skills at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky where he worked at the General Manager level in both Production and Human Resources being mentored by his Japanese sensei. His Toyota process experience includes production, engineering, maintenance, safety, personnel, employee relations, benefits/payroll and training and development.
